Service Description
Begin with your choice of coffee or hot chocolate in the TGG Market before heading to our cozy Snuggle Bubble for some quality time with our adorable goats, snuggles, and photos! What's Included: 30-minute experience, including drinks and goat time Coffee or hot chocolate for each guest Up-close time with our friendly goats Plenty of opportunities for snuggles and photos A Few Things to Know This is a shared experience with up to 4 guests. Advance reservations are required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. A completed waiver is required for all participants. Experiences are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled if conditions are unsafe.

TGG Snuggle Bubble Experiences Booking Policy Reservations & Payment All TGG Snuggle Bubble Experiences require advance reservations and full payment at the time of booking. TGG Snuggle Bubble offers both shared and private bookings. Shared experiences may include other guests, up to the maximum capacity listed for that experience. Private bookings are reserved exclusively for your group. Please review the individual experience description before booking to confirm whether your reservation is shared or private. Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings are non-refundable. We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience. We're happy to accommodate one date change, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your reservation are not eligible for a credit or date change. Weather & Farm Conditions The TGG Snuggle Bubble is an enclosed outdoor experience, so weather and farm conditions still matter! In the event of severe weather, unsafe temperatures, or other circumstances affecting the safety of our guests or animals, The Grazing Ground may need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. If we must cancel your experience, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Arrival & Experience Times Please arrive on time for your reservation. Each experience has a designated start and end time to allow us to prepare for our next guests. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without a refund or extension. Our Animals Our goats are part of the family, and their well-being always comes first. Animal interactions are supervised, and we reserve the right to adjust or limit interactions based on their comfort, health, or behavior. Children & Supervision Children are welcome at age-appropriate experiences! All guests under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout their visit. Food & Beverages Food and beverages are permitted only as specified in your booked experience. Please do not feed the goats unless instructed by a TGG team member.
